Monster Jam 2006
2006 marked the return of Dennis Anderson with Gravedigger. Along with Gravedigger was Afterburner, King Crunch, Taz, Matador, Prowler, Backdraft and more. they all put on a really good show. Afterburner won freestyle Saturday night and Gravedigger won Sunday. The Midnight Fourwheelers were out in force again helping run the show. We came in Thursday and Friday to prepare the stadium and early Saturday and Sunday to get all the finishing touches done. Monster Jam 01/22/05 The Midnighters were once again out in force helping setup the course for Monster Jam in the Alamo Dome here in San Antonio. this marks our 8th year working with Clear Channel Communications for the Monster Jam. Lynnes Toy 1 ton upgrade
Richard and Lynne started with her Jeep with a SOA lift and 33's. She wheeled for quite a while with this setup. then in August of 2006 they decided to upgrade to 4 link suspension front and rear with 39" baja claws on beadlocks. December 8th they took the jeep the Satans Playground for the shakedown run.
After a lot of saving and gathering up parts Bobby is finally going fullsize with the Rat. He got the Blue Torch Fab full width axle kit to hang his Dana 44 with, then in the rear he will go with a GM Corp 14 bolt FF rear. both axles will house 4:88 gears and lockers. Click here for the pictures as he rebuilds his CJ Midnight Ladies Run A few of our great wives and girl friends decided to have a Ladies Day wheeling, they all had a great time while the guys were busy working getting some of the broken rigs ready for our next run.

| Rough Canyon V The Midnighters went to Rough Canyon V this year and rocked the canyon. Reddog, Blazer Killer, Mudaholic, Gladiator, Rastus and Jorge all worked the gates and River Rat led the groups thru the poker run on Friday. Saturday was a open wheeling day and the club all went out togther to run the canyon and have some playtime on the different obstacles. After the BBQ dinner and the awards ceremony Sat night, we all gathered round Richards to watch the videos from the days run. Sunday am saw us packing and going to the pancake house, then homeward bound for SA. View the Pics here

Poker Run - Memorial Weekend 2005
We had our Poker Run at the Den in San Antonio this year with several entering. A very good time was hadby all with dinner and awards afterwards at Rastus' house. some of the highlights include Lynne's Toy when she flopped on axle-breaker. Other carnage was the usual axle u-joints and shafts.

Trees Ranch July 29, 2005 Some of the midnighters went to Trees at the end of july in preparation for our 17th anniversary run. We checked out some new trails, and ran some old ones. As per the norm, we had a broken part or two..Lynne broke a rear yoke, Rvreddog broke his transfer case adapater, and Blazer Killer twisted a driveshaft. check out the rest of the pics here

October 2005, the Midnight Fourwheelers went over to 4 Wheel Parts to visit, show off our rigs and have some fun. BBQ, cold sodas, and perfect weather all helped to make this a great day. |
